Our Solution:

we designed an HR portal where the HR administrator would capture, process and check employee information with the supervisors before sending to the central office. They were also able to manage the time sheets and leave on the same portal. The system would then in real time transmit the data to the head office and with a click of a button perform integrity checks and integrate with the payroll system; saving them about 75% of the time they took to process their payroll.
