Case 1: Agricultural Sector
The client operates three farms in separate locations, each with a minimum of 300 employees overseen by a farm administrator. However, payroll processing was being conducted at the head office, which was situated in a different location. This arrangement led to several challenges related to data integrity, transmission, processing, and retention, as the existing processes relied on manual methods. Consequently, the client frequently encountered issues such as pay queries, leave problems, and reporting discrepancies.

Case 1: Our Solution
We developed an HR portal that allowed the HR administrator to capture, process, and verify employee information in collaboration with supervisors before sending it to the central office. Additionally, they could conveniently manage time sheets and leave requests within the same portal. The system would then transmit the data to the head office in real-time and, with a simple click of a button, perform integrity checks and seamlessly integrate with the payroll system. This streamlined process resulted in a significant time-saving of approximately 75% compared to their previous payroll processing duration.

Case 2: Manufacturing Sector
One of our clients in the manufacturing industry who are a subsidiary to an international company where there are some standard reports expected each month and expected to integrate into the holding companies’ system. Due to the differences in legislations, the two couldn’t use one system to manage the information and ensure a continuous seamless integration. The HR team had to spend 2 weeks each month to work on the file, generating unique codes for each employee and modelling the file to the correct format required for integration into the main system. This was more tasking and time consuming as well as more error prone.

Case 2: Our Solution
We built a system that is able to generate the unique codes per employee in a matter of seconds, then built in reports that were ready for auto integrations and set up an sftp to get the data from the local company to the main system in real time. This solved their time and complex related issues and now they don’t spend more than an hour to do this task each month

Case 3: Multi-Sector
Statutory reporting poses a significant challenge for many companies, particularly in regions where standard integration files are mandatory. Legacy systems have historically relied on technologies like VBA to create templates and reports for integrations. However, with the advancements in technologies and system changes, maintaining Excel macros and VBA codes has become complex and expensive. This is especially true when platforms are migrated to cloud environments, where connecting to databases from the backend is not straightforward. Many of our clients continue to face this issue, spending hours, if not weeks, manually generating reports in Excel.

Case 3: Our Solution
We are developing API gateways and reporting solutions that enable real-time integration with legacy systems and facilitate the generation of reports. Some examples of these solutions include our Learning Management System, the bank payment file generator for Africa, the General Ledger Integration Solution for legacy accounting systems, and our model HCM system.
